Bad service

I placed for delivery on the 01.07.2015. I ordered item number P10 which is the full chicken with 2 chicken burger and chips.I placed the order at 17:42 we were advised it will take - 1hr30 due it being month end and they only had 2 drivers available and they were delivering for other 2 stores. At 19:29 enquired about the order was told driver still not back and food will be delivered. Finally rec`vd order at about 20:55 but the full order was not delivered, they did not included the burgers yet we were charged full price which was R 190.90. when my husband advised the driver and showed him. We then called the store the cashier insisted the burgers was in the package placed my husband on hold to check order. We then handed the phone to the delivery guy who confirmed this to the cashier, they then went on to argue over the phone for a bit on as to whether the burgers were given or not given to the driver.
