Poor customer service from Gira Rio's , Riverside Boulevard, Vanderbijlpark

I visited Gira Rio Restaurant in Riverside Boulevard in Vanderbijlpark today at 17:30 to purchase take aways. I always purchase ''breast portion'' chicken. Instead, I was given 1 ''breast portion'' & 1 "thigh" portion chicken. Order # 40. I raised this with the cashier who took my order. The lady, ***ner) , who was standing a few meters away, intervened & said they cannot do anything to change it as it would be wastage for them. The owner said that she listed to me placing the order & I had not mentioned the portion that I wanted. I told her that if this was the case, then why don't you ask the customer what they wanted rather than make a decision for them. Also, why didn't the owner then ask me what I wanted.The owner was adamant & not friendly at all, poor customer service to say the least not willing to compromise and/or apologise. They previously had the Gira Mundo's franchise & now converted it to privately owner, Gira Rio, for obvious reasons ! We visit them often, but sadly this would be my last visit there.
