Unacceptable Service

This is to inform anyone that is planning on going to Giovanni's Restaurant at Carnival City with your children. Please ensure that your kids have eaten prior as the wait for the food is ridiculous and long and once the food arrives it is cold and tasteless, if you complain nothing happens. As well as you will need to take ear plugs for your kids cause the manger or owner who ever he was swears and has no consideration for your kids or anyone else for that matter.
