Restaurant Management Lacks Customer Service Etiquette

I attended a lunch at this venue yesterday and witnessed a disturbing interaction between the restaurant manager and a female patron. I wanted to bring this to the business' attention - as a business owner myself I would be horrified if I found out my management treated my client base in this manner. We would be very wary of returning to this restaurant as next time if could be my wife or daughter.
