One year without being reimbooursed 200 Euros

I am professional athlete living and playing in France. i have had several injuries and therefore i decided to buy a gioco Cryo unit. Although I am happy with the unit I have not been reimbursed an amount close to 200EUR for nearly one year now. I have on numerous occasion contacted and basically begged for them to pay the money back without any joy. I no longer know what to do. Please help.
