Wrong Pizza Compensation

Hi, I ordered a pizza for deliver and ended up getting another persons pizza. Something which didn't bother me to much as all their pizzas are great and I didn't want to wait for another. I was told I would get the next order for free. A week later I thought i'd take them up on the offer and they sent me 2 pizzas free of charge. It was a fine gesture executed immediately. Something other non-personal franchise companies you have to complain and complain before they give a damn.
