Disappointing experience due to poor service and unresolved refund
We initially paid for a tasting experience at Ginologist but later changed our plans and cancelled. Rather than requesting a refund, we asked if the payment could simply be redirected to a different tasting we wanted to do, to avoid the admin of a refund. This request was declined, and we were told to pay separately and that the original payment would be refunded within 48 hours. That refund has still not been processed, and our follow-ups have been ignored. Unfortunately, the in-person experience was just as disappointing. Despite having a reservation, we waited over 30 minutes for a table. Once seated, we completed our first tasting and ordered a second one, which the waiter completely forgot about. We waited more than 20 minutes before realizing our order wasn’t coming. While the venue itself is visually appealing, the customer service is extremely poor and overshadows everything else. Between the lack of communication, unfulfilled refund promise, and inattentive service, this was a frustrating experience. I would not recommend visiting and truly regret choosing this venue.

Can Packaging weak
I love the gin and tonic premix, however the new packaging is so weak. I bought two of the four packs and put them in the Pick ‘n Pay bag. After driving for 30mins, two cans had holes and the plastic had gin. I was hurt
