Bad products and worse service

Zero zero zero From trying to get service out of you guys to long waits for delivery to delivering the WRONG PRODUCTS!! and you refuse to communicate on the issues, yes you have my money and I'm *****ed..I will definitely NOT recommend using this company the quality of thatching caps looks like it was made by a 5 year old
