bad service from a mananger

<p>Last week on the 15th of December I went for my late christmas shopping for my kids nd I bought 4 sneakers but whn I came to change a size nd I couldn't find the same sneaker I bought nd thy said I needed to add money to get another one,bt if I can add money to get another one thn why can't I get a sneaker tht costs less than the one I bought, so now they refused to give me a refund and refused to give me his name since he was very rude to me but the consultant who helped me gave me the managers name Ishwaan from ****** international 320 west Street durban</p>
