If the order arrives you'll be lucky

When placing your order you will be very lucky to receive it without having to message Maggie to remind her about the order that was placed a month ago! Eventually my order arrived but I will never order from her again. My sister ordered earrings 3 December and never received them as they were a gift for our mom for Christmas. My sister asked for a refund. She was promised that asap but its now 30 January and nothing has been refunded. Unprofessional!!!!!! Excuses after excuses....
