Faulty car refusing to refund

I bought a car in June and three weeks later i experienced an oil leakage. I took the car back to the dealership which was on the 17th of July. I was promised it will be resolved soon. I was never told on what caused the oil leakage, but many stories rose week after week. I had to prompt for feedback on time to time basis. In September i was told that i poured petrol on a diesel tank, i did not dispute but went to investigate with the garage. They proved that the correct fuel was used hence the travelling distance i incurred. Due to car complications they now want to pass the bug.<br> <br> To this point i still do not have the car and to some-point I was given choices on how to sell the car at the auction for them to get their money back and and me at least have a small car. I do not agree to such terms.<br> <br> Gina, resolve this soon
