Unfulfilled promises

My wife solicited the services of this agent to source a nanny for our baby. Gina,the agent, promised that she brings 4 candidates to you,even same day and you interview all of them and choose one. All of a sudden in chats with my wife, she insists on bringing a 60 year old lady selling her that she's excellent with kids and reliable. The old nanny couldn't handle our 11 month old who was screaming her lungs out intermittently throughout the day so we immediately dismissed her and called Gina to bring 4 ladies as per initial agreement and stop bringing individuals separately but she kept offering excuses from her dealings/arrangements with other clients to pathetic race issues such as we can ask her Indian client how she works. It was extremely unprofessional of her to bring such issues as her arrangement is with us and not other people and their arrangements are none of our business. At the time of writing this, she was promising to bring one lady (not 4 as per initial agreement or yesterdays chat of promising to bring at least 3 ladies) and offering excuses that the ladies she has don't want to work for blacks. Why dint she stipulate her Ts & Cs upfront? She's deceptive.
