Avoid this spa at all cost

I booked what was supposed to be a wonderful treat for my daughter turning thirteen years old and a couple of her friend at this spa. However, after arriving and seven girls being squeezed into one small room, we realised this was not going to be the treat we had wished for. Then five girls' feet were placed into water until they complained half an hour later that they were bored and the water was ice cold. In these 30 minutes, nothing absolutely nothing happened and two girls were still waiting as well, having not been helped at all. My wife went to look for the assistants. Suddenly they rushed in after spotting her and started applying cutex in a clumsy manner that I as a man could frankly have done better. Not to mention that there was no sign of the gel advertised. Then they proceeded with the head and should massage. This took all of 2 minutes on my daughter, the birthday girl while some of the other girls were more lucky and actually got 5 minutes worth of massage. Again no cake was served, as advertised. I wasn't expecting a five star spa for teenage girls but for R235 per girl I surely was not expecting this mess. When I complained to Rene afterwards she promised a full refund. Yet after four weeks and continually avoiding my calls and not responding to my messages, no refund has been received
