No delivery No service

On the 3 March 2015, I paid a deposit of R2450 at the Randfontein show, for an electric device Ref UBT45 . I have been contacting the supplier with no feedback or action. the device has not been delivered or installed and I am afraid that I no longer wish to make use of their product. It is my wish that they should call me and make arrangements for the reimbur*****t of the deposit. Cell ***
