DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GILT. Bad Company

I bought my wife a $1,000 gift card directly from Gilt on their website. My Amex card was charged $1,000.<br> <br> My wife was supposed to receive her gift card on Christmas morning via email. She has received nothing and Gilt has no knowledge of the transaction, but Gilt has my money. Their recommendation to me on the phone was for me to contact their vendor that handles their gift cards? REALLY? I bought the gift card directly from Gilt via their website, they have my money, and their solution is for me to chase their vendor? Does customer service getting any worse than this??<br> <br> BUYERS BEWARE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GILT!! THEY HAVE OBVIOUSLY LOST THEIR WAY. THEY USED TO BE A GOOD COMPANY BUT NOT ANY MORE!
