Gillian Liddane Parklands

The star on the rating is a minus. Never in my life have u encountered such bad ethics. We had to find a doggy care fascility for our pekinese and as we live in Yzerfontein the closest we could find was parklands. We messaged Gillian and she contacted us back very excited and said that her rates are R120 a night. We told her that the length of stay will be about 10 days so she whatsapped me and said that we have to pay a 50% deposit. We messaged and said that we deal mostly in cash so when we get to a bank we will deposit the money and do an eft to her account. She sent me a message yesterday sarcastically saying that she assumes we are not going to use her services anymore. I rep**** that we were but that we have not got to a bank yet and it should happen today. I asked if we should pay the deposit eft and the balance cash or if we must eft the full amount. She asked for the full amount. When we logged in to do the eft we decided that as we have not seen or met Gillian we will rather just pay the 50%. I forwarded the proof of payment to Gillian and this is when things got sour very quickly. She insisted that we pay the full amount and it has git so ugly that we cannot even imagine someone like her looking after our baby. She refuses to refund our money and says that we discussed a non refundable deposit which is an out right lie. I am doing this to warn people of her conduct and ethics. In todays time it is not easy to trust people and the deposit was R600 but if she catches everybody like this then a few people will be out of money and she is getting paid to do nothing. I am absolutely relieved that this happened before I left my precious baby by her.
