Procter & Gamble Consumer - Gillette Appalling service

<p>Please be informed that I purchased 2 x 5pack Gillette Sensor Excel from Clicks Stores Trade Route Mall Lenasia in May 2017.</p> <p>The product does not conform to the quality standards. The white strip is very brittle and breaking off after two facial shaves.</p> <p>This has resulted in the pieces of the strips jamming the blades while shaving and causing facial cuts.</p> <p>The product is known to be used for approximately ten shaves before disposal. I have been using the Sensor Excel for the past 10 years and this is the second time I am experiencing this defect on these two packs.</p> <p>Please provide the cause of conformance and what corrective/preventative action will be taken to avoid a recurrence.</p> <p>No feedback to my email and telephonic discussion.</p>
