Gillette The worst a man can do?!?

I am livid at the level of service my dad received from Gillette's. We bought him a fusion razor and blades pack for his 60th birthday a month and a half ago it costed us R 679 because he had been using his old razor for years and we wanted a quality razor as we knew its hard for him to change once he was use to something. So I asked him last week how is he enjoying his gift. He then told me he was nt able to work it. when I had a look at it we found the clip that held the blade to the razor was faulty. And he had used 7 of his blades already trying to make sense of this as he felt ungrateful asking. The lady at Gillette's her name tandeka did nt even get his name and she told him she wants proof. How rude ?!! My dads phone luckily has a function that records his conversations and the way treated my father like he was a lair and a common *****. not even apologising for your quality issue and then you could have done the GRILL work. I am not going to let this slide. He is a good honest man always worked for his living, for you to shooo him off and make him seem like a ***** is unacceptable.. you could have atleast advised him on how we can have it repaired and able to use. I want a written apology as what is a advise line that has no advise???
