Bad Consumer Care

I bought Sensor 3 razor blades (4 pack). Went to 2 PnP and 2 Clicks to look for the handle but could not find them. I e-mailed Gillette and this was there response.

I am truly sorry for the inconvenience however; the Gillette sensor excel razor handles have been discontinued and this maybe the reason why you are struggling to find the product. Unfortunately, we do not have a razor similar to it or that has replaced the Gillette sensor excel range.
