I paid this company ( Gilbert) to repair my daughters freezer

I paid this company ( Gilbert) to repair my daughters freezer. He left saying that the freezer would take time to get cold. That was 4 months ago. I contacted him in January and he promised a refund. I am still waiting. People beware he us a fly by night artist
