Interns Exploitation

Gijima is exploiting its interns, they make them work at night from the comfort of their own homes, using their own data without compensation for night shift allowance and data costs, even if they need to go to the office, they pay they learners a mere R1700.00 a month that does not even cover for transport fare from both Tembisa and Alex, Mr. Gumede (Gijima) this is exploitation at a higher level, yes the kids are hungry, they want to finally graduate and yes you're preparing them for the job market but can R1700.00 better my life and encourage me to wake up everything and wanting come to work?
