Poor Client Services

An order was placed on the 17th or March for just 2 simple mugs with pictures printed on it and it is so disappointing to see that a Company can advertise for a service but not produce the results.<br> <br> We have been getting pathetic excuses that they waiting for their stock to be delivered and over one week has passed and still nothing could be done. Does the company shut down in that time? Is there no alternative? A major printing company that runs out of ink? <br> <br> We have been trying to contact Mercy all day today and she refused to answer or reply to any messages. We left a message for her to call us back and still could not get a response. She then says that the ink cartridges came but it was not working. The mugs was suppose to be gifts and now it cannot be given because gijima printers just can't keep up with the standards that they supposedly portray.<br> <br> Very very disappointing and hopefully something can be done alternatively just don't advertise for a service if it cannot be done on time.
