Gigs Broadband & Internet in Upington

On the 5th of October our Wi-Fi at home became unstable, we reported the fault which the lady stated that they will look into the problem, the situation just worsens, and they just said their working on the problem. On the 10th of October I asked on our Local Community WhatsApp group if there is any other Wi-Fi company that they can recommend. I got 4 private responses from clients that had the same problem, and the problems is not being resolved.

Today is the 23rd of October we are 18 days without stable Wi-Fi, and still, all they can tell us is they are still working on the problem.

I would not recommend using their services as all they can tell is "We are working on the problem, sorry for any inconvenience."
