Peace of mind removal experience

We recently relocated and hired Gigi's Removals to handle the move. They were recommended to us by my in-laws who used them for the first time, 45 years ago and again eight years ago. What a pleasant surprise. They really amazed us with their efficiency and overall brilliant service. It was a two part move with some goods coming from Durban and the rest that was in storage in Pretoria. Collection in Durban was on time and very smoothly handled. I am usually a nervous and worried person, so I called the office twice to find out how far the truck was. Both times I received a call back within 5 minutes informing me exactly where the truck was, what speed they were travelling and confirmation of the E.T.A. Brilliant ! I was told to be at the storage at 11 am, I arrived at 10:55 and there they were , waiting for us!! We loaded the rest of the goods and we were finished with the whole move at 17:15! No damages whatsoever. Great to see that there are still companies who care about their name and most of all, their customers.
