Worst service provider

The worst internet provider as yet. I’ve had a fibre break since December the 6th a technician by the name of Ryan said they will find a splicer who will fix it with 3 days to a week but till today the problem has not been fixed. Today after numerous follow ups and no success a consultant by the name of Micheal advised for me to avail myself as technician is coming to fix it. After numerous calls they tell me a quarter to 5 that technicians machine is broken and they will no longer be coming. My level of disappointment in this service provider is atrocious I have endless complaints about this service provider and will never do business with them again.
