Putrid service from Gigawave

The service is putrid. Continuously passing the buck and refuse to escalate a complaint. I requested that my complaint be escalated to their CEO and was told that he is not responsible for my problem. I further e-mailed their CEO and received no response. I recommend that you avoid this company at all costs. You will spend days at a time fighting for connectivity
