Not taking responsibility!
Gigabyte Wireless Mouse double clicking under Windows 10 Pro Operating System. This is a known problem as per Microsoft and manufactures were warned to update. Gigabyte/Rectron tells you the mouse is EOL but are still selling it or tell you to buy a new motherboard or tell you to update your Windows 10 (which is up-to date). Very bad service and Gigabyte, unlike other manufactures, refuses to make new driver available or to replace mouse. Just keep saying that one must try one of the 3 options above. Do they really expect me to buy a new motherboard? Why are they selling products which is end of life? Lame excuse if you ask me!

14 May 2016, 03:37I was misinformed by a colleague about the Microsoft Memo. Apparently there was no memo by Microsoft and this is a glitch with Microsoft Driver. Even so, I still think it is the manufacturer's responsibility to sort out the problem and not rely on the Microsoft Driver.
