Appalling service

The service from Rectron/Gigabyte has been shocking. Purchased a new gaming Gigabyte laptop from Rectron that failed. It's taken 6 weeks to get the item replaced under warranty. My advise is to steer clear of these brands. The repair agent Partserve are even worse at delivering service but sadly we have no choice in this country. Stay with a brand you know and trust like HP,Dell or Lenovo
