Poor Service GIGA APPLIANCE SERVICES of Pretoria South Africa

Giga Appliance Services in the Pretoria area of South Africa attend to appliance repairs, such as washing machines, dish-washers etc. They were called to my home some 2 weeks ago. They attended and requested R1500 up front for spares. This was paid. They returned 2 days later and 'repaired my LG dishwasher. They requested a further R500 now that the unit was repaired. They did not wait to test the unit. Half-way through the cycle, the unit stopped functioning. I had to wait another two days for them to return. Again they did not test the machine fully and again it failed. They returned again and tested the unit and stated that it was operating properly. We tried the machine again and it ran for one full cycle. The following time the unit again failed. After numerous call, SMS's and promises of return we have yet to see Giga again.
