I went to Gig motors in springs on de 4th of February n I desperately needed a car I spoke to one of deir sales man Sipho n he was really helpful at first like any ada guy trying to makes sales,we agreed on me getting a Corsa lite n wen I got home I saw Corsa lite too little for me since I'm a plus size woman n also have family,gave him a call on de ada day n asked if its possible dat we get a bigger car probably 5door car,n he gladly helped to get my preferred car n that was my dream car,Corsa 1.4 gamma 5door,I was really happy about it he sent me pictures as we were always communicating over the phone bcz of my work line..fast forward de car only needed tracker installed dn I was supposed to get it, went to fetch de car on de 18th of February n I went back later dat day before going to work that de exhaust system is leaking den Sipho said he will help me during de week,took de car home parked it dn went to work, following day took de car to car wash n wen I came back while I was driving something came off from de car off which I'm not sure wat was it,I called Sipho following day as it was Sunday n not working hours but he answered it n he said I should bring de car on Monday on deir garage so dat dey can check n I did exactly dat,dey took de car to de workshop n dey said de car engine is siezed what have I done to de car??? I was really hurt dat I didn't even enjoy driving de car and already iv seized de car engine,iv been reaching out to dem ever since,deir manager Reuben is so Rude dat he even threatened me,mind u I paid 9000 deposit for de car now deir first installment is gng to b done but I'm not having any car n he bluntly told me dat hz not gng to help me anymore bcz my airtime cuts off while I was talking to him..now iv received a msg from planet42 that my application was cancelled I should contact Gig motors,how am I going to do dat wen Reuben is giving out threats to deir customers??? Im even scared of following up on wats gng on with de car bcz every time he speaks with me he just lashes out on me,he knows nothing about customer service..he even said to me y should he treats me like a "ViP" I need answers...I went to Gig motors bcz I desperately need a car n my work depends on it but I now feel ******😩😩😩😩
