Poor and unfriendly service

In general their customer service are woeful. You walk into their dealership, and nobody comes to assist you. When they eventually assist you it is in one miserable manner. Especially from the owner , I am waiting now 3 weeks for the sales person to get back to me with regards to a car i was interested in and this is even after phoning him a few times. They can forget it now
