Need my refund!!

On Friday 29 June 2018 I went to go look at a vehicle on behalf of my boyfriend and paid the R2000 holding deposit. Later during the day he went and looked at the vehicle and decided not to take it. I requested my holding deposit back from Ryno at GIG Motors on several occasions but only got empty promises.
