G.I.G Motors Strubenvale

I bought a vehicle deom GIG Motors in Strubenvale,at the end of May 2023, the salesman Leon,promised me that if anything goes wrong on the car I must bring it back, I took the car back to GIG Motors, it stood there for 3 days, tracker can confirm that. My daughter went to fetch the car, because I was on the working on the mine,the problems on the car was that the engine management light kept coming on while I was driving, the aircon was not working and the car was smoking. When my daughter collected the vehicle, the salesman, Leon, told her they had fixed the engine management light and would not display on the dash anymore. The aircon pump was ordered,but once it arrived they will fit it. The smoking was caused by oil on the exhaust and GIG did not overhaul the motor before they sold the car to me, and the oil will take a while to clear. 2 days later, I noticed that the engine management light did not display when I turned the ignition on. I went back to GIG Motors, explained the problem to them, they advised me that this cars model engine management light doesn't come on when you turn the ignition. A week later when the aircon pump had still not arrived, I queried about the aircon pump and the smoke, they told me they couldn't help me, I must claim for the warrantee and I must send the vehicle for an inspection at Springs City Motors. I took the car for inspection on the 31 of July 2023, it cost me R630. Inspection results found these faults • flat spots on all tyres • crank seal leaking • rear crank ***** leaking • airfilters box clips missing • wring spark plugs • replace ignition oil • 2× sensors to be replaced • c.v joints noisy • sump sweating oil • engine management light not showing on cluster because of tampering I sent the full inspection report to my warrantee, they refused to repair the car. GIG Motors,also refused to help me. I have sent all paperwork to Planet42, I have phoned them daily,they refuse to help, I have been renting the car for 4 months and cannot drive it, I feel that when the someone tempers with the safety device or safety management gages, this is endangering people's lives and they still gave it back for me to drive . That is SABOTAGE. If anybody can advise me on how I cam take this further, please advise as I am at this point where I do not know what else to do
