Faulty car that I pay fortune for

Gig motors edenvale gave me a car that's not road worthy,breaks fails 3 days after buying it,I replaced the breaks immediately after almost causing a massive accident, I got a ticket of an expired disc,car was snacking badly it was ball joints ,I also replaced them,I gave JJ the receipts for refunds for all my troubles, he promised to refund immediately, 4weeks later I'm told he lost my slips,he doesn't return my calls,I pay 7200 for Hyundai 2011 that's a treatment I get,I'm very upset I wish I Can return their car honestly
