Edenvale bad Springs the best

Had such bad experiences at Edenvale GIG Moters.. I had to take my car in for its Aircon I was told via email that I have to be there 7:50 so I was on time I came there the front desk lady did not even know about my booking for my car first place second place the staff was late Third place I was told to sit in the waiting area eventually someone comes and asks for my car keys by this time I wasn't even offered a class of water I mean come on Edenvale has no costumer relationship after sitting there for two and half hours with no update on my car I get grumpy still with no offer of something to drink some of the staff does not even greet I am so upset with this branch... I had the best experience at springs branch the staff is on point friendly and go out their way to make n customer feel welkom and appreciated if you ever need to do business with GIG Moters I highly recommend SPRINGS branch
