disgusted

i am digusted to say that in all my years of business i have never come accross a company that lies just to make a sale. so we go there to trade my sons car in and buy a car. the car he was interested in was smoking. they did not know that my husband comes from the same field. we were told the car smokes from the exhaust pipe. REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!! they then said if we only trade our car in they will give us 30 000 and if we dont they will pay us 25 000 for our car. which i will let you know was stated on the offer to purchase. we called simphiwe the sales man to state that we not happy to buy the car as he did notify us after lying first that the car is faulty. we said ok we will then just sell our car to them and look around. he then told us no we must buy a car and that they wont buy our car. when calling and asking to speak to the dealer principle we get told he is busy or not there. i am very disgusted in this dealer ship. they say they finance themselves and at the end of the day you will be paying almost 200% on finance charges what a *******
