******, *********, ********. The WORST

Picked up a car on the 14th Oct 21, they promised it went for roadworthy and a full service was done. Now look I should have seen the red flag when I got there, there was a mechanic working on the car after the car was supposedly serviced and went for roadworthy. On the 16th Oct I was approaching a stop sign and the brakes wasn't there the car couldn't stop I had to use the hand brake to help stop the car. I informed the dealer, they admit brakes wasn't done and said I should drive it to them to get it fixed. then I noticed the the left rear tyre was worn out as well. They didn't sell me what they promised and the manager there is a real special, after refusing to call me, he said i should call him, I did he didn't answer, I asked him to me because his not answering he said I should buy him airtime. I've never met anyone who is this rude to a customer, he says I don't know how to read and now his blocked me, his like a small child, but bottom line is these people will not try and fix their problem, how the car made it through a roadworthy test successfully is beyond me, no brakes and worn out tyre. Now I'm dealing with a dealer that blocked me and is rejecting my calls, these guys are bad news, they do not sell what they promise and when things go wrong they don't give a damn, I mean the manager blocked and is rejecting my calls after told me I don't know how to read.
