Bad customer service is terrible
I Got serious problem with GIG motors i bought a vehcle in jan this year they said i can trade in after 6month reuben vosloo gave me such attitude voice messages saying i cant only after 2years if i am lucky all i want is a vehcle whats a bit lighter on fuel and this is how they reat there clients not good and faulse promises its not right

Hi,The customer bought a car through Planet 42 finance, this finance is not owned by GIG Motors we are just a Dealership selling cars using all different finance houses like Absa, MFC, marques finance. customer took Finance by Planet 42 in January 2023.we explained to him in 6 months he can cancel his contract with no penalties, but then will be out of the market by Planet 42 for at least 12 months with no car after that he can re-apply for finance but not guaranteed to get approval. Customer does not want to cancel contract, he wants to Trade in I explained to him as per normal all finance houses does have an option to upgrade or trade in if you like. but you will have to wait at least 2 years before the value of the vehicle is in line with the settlement of the vehicle finance. I can not help if the customer gets upset with the fact that he at this stage can not trade in his vehicle at GIG Motors.he can trade it is at any company not necessarily GiG motors. as long as they are willing to settle the current outstanding debt.

this was not explained to me at that time by sales person all she said you can trade in after 6 months and boost your credit score, like you and your dealer ship are not willing to help or go any extra mile to help your clients the way reuben vosloo speaks to a person i even played voice messages to my friends and family they even say you got no manners all i wanted to know to get a smaller vehicle lighter on fuel as things are pricy but its fine will find another dealer whats willing to assit will not do business with you in the near future
