A very positive experience

Gifts N Gadgets customer service is the best I've ever received. We purchased a Samsung washer and dryer from Gifts N Gadgets after doing a great deal of research. We had an issue with our Samsung washer. Samsung's customer service was brutal and challenging to work with to replace the broken machine. I contacted Gifts N Gadgets and they liaised with Samsung directly, had a new machine at my door within 3 days, took the old machine away and installed everything at no charge.
