Undelivery Parcel

My wife ordered a gift from giftlady in PE to be delivered to me on 14 Feb 2020 and the gift never came. when she inquired about the parcel the lady by the name Sandra said it has been delivered by 21 Feb which is 6 days later, but to my surprise, it never reached me and there is no proof of delivery. She said she has a picture of my gate which she took when delivering. Her proof is only the gate picture and she said it is a prove enough, and they claim their delivery is a "same day delivery". To make the matter worse she dropped the call on me. This Giftlady company is pathetic and a joke. I have never dealt with a horrible people like this.
