Rude and ***********

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. My Father’s Day delivery got delivered 5 days late to begin with. After it hadn’t been delivered by the third day I enquired and was told the courier couldn’t deliver to the area until 2 days time. I immediately requested a refund and they cancelled the item. It was then delivered 2 days later and I was given the option to accept the delivery or they can fetch my gift from the recipient. What kind of a question is that. They were so rude to me. Specify the areas that can get delivery faster and areas that will take longer. If I had known this I would not have purchased a gift delivery through you! Would not recommend at all.
