STATING DAMAGE WHEN NONE OCCURED

I am also suspecting a **** with Gienius. I had a screen repaired on my Iphone 5S a month ago. Suddenly it started freezing again so returned it for repair, as it was under warranty. They called me to say it had been dropped and the warranty was null and void, yet it just suddenly stopped working and definitely was't dropped. However they refuse to fix it and want another R1800 to repair it. I cannot do this on a monthly basis. Good way for them to earn extra revenue, but for me, I am voting with my feet.
