HDMI installation needed? Do not touch these guys

If anyone is thinking of doing an HDMI installation in their home, don't even think about contacting Gienius IT https://www.facebook.com/search/top/?q=gienius+it There service is shocking, their installation doesn't work properly. When they first installed the product we had a great picture then we were hit by lightning, they installed an different product to the original and the picture is so bad you cannot watch sport as there is a shadow in front of and behind the ball and the picture jerks all the time. The owner of the company, Darren Gien, has just been around again to try and resolve our ongoing saga and is not interested in fixing it at all. He says "we are just seeing things", it looks fine to him. As they say the customer is always right but he does NOT believe in customer satisfaction at all. We have spent a fortune with him. Save yourselves the disappointment, frustration, money and the stress. Use someone else. Please share!!!!!!
