Worst possible service ever

I had two roll up garage motors fitted to my WORKING garage doors because I only had one motor to drive two doors. The installer had a bad attitude with the technical supervisor, one Hennie Nel. The very next day the door fell down damaging my wife’s car in the process. I reported the matter to Hennie whose response was “Claim the damages back from you insurance.” Why should I claim from my insurance because of their incompetence? Don’t ever do business with these ******. I’ve been trying for a month and a half now to just get my nonfunctional doors working!!!! Be warned people.
