Useless after sales service

Motor stopped working after a power failure. Could not activate manual override and then when I got override to work door will not close. Cannot get it back to electric. Hennie is not helpful and the lack of afterservice is ridiculous as my garage door was only installed six months ago. Still under warranty. Do not use them they do not have a good reputation.
