Unreliable and full of empty promises:****

On the 28th November 2017,i paid for a motor to be installed at my residence an amount of R5800 and i was informed that installation will be done in 7 days,i did not query this and accepted it,come the tuesday an installation is to be done it was raining,but i was not updated on when will thry install eventually,each time i call Hennie eho was assisting me,im always told je is busy on another call and he never returns my calls, eventually i go to their office and i am told about a backlog due to rain,out of frustration my wife makes numerous calls to them but is also given the run around and no one seems to be able to reach Hennie,so i request a refund and i am told that their refunds are only loaded on the 20th of each month and paid on the last day of the month,this is unacceptable as they were too quick to accept payment, they always rrquest payment upfront and never deliver,they had already wasted my time and money and no one is ever helpful,please look out for these ******,dealing with them has not been a good expirience.
