Unable to provide COC

on 15 february 2016<br> we had gido gate motors install a gate motor<br> after tripping the breaker in my db board severl times, I wanted to connect them on a different breaker, they did not have a sufficient length extension cord, I thus used my own.<br> after the installation I asked the technician for a COC (certifacate of compliance) for the isolator they installed, he told me to speak to Hennie.<br> Hennie told me that they are unable to issue a COC, as they are not qualified electricians. This however does not stop them from carrying out electrical work, and installing isolators onto an existing circuit.
