Thinking of doing business with GIDO?

I got a quote from GIDO to repair my garage door in October 2018. I paid R3610 in full but when their technicians came to do the job they said they could not. Hennie Nel agreed to refund my money "within a week or two". As of 2019jan15 no money had arrived. Hennie has refused on 3 previous occasions to return my calls. Zudette who answers on 0860-103-653 keeps promising to take up the matter and get back to me but so far no-one ever has. She has refused to indicate the name of "the boss"; or anyone who outranks Hennie; or who licenses their company. Eddie Price
