Refund

I wanted to install a garage Moto and paid them a deposit of R3000.They were supposed to install the moto on the 31 August 2019.On arrival at the site it was discovered that the pipe that holds my garage door was cut on installation of which I did not know and they did not know so the work could not be performed,I requested a refund and to date have not received my refund and spoke to Susan de Lange who kept on saying she has handed over my query to Finance department
