Paid in full but NO service and NO installation done

<p>I dealt with Hennie Nel and Susan at Gido. I paid in full for garage door motor in December 2016. Installation was supposed to be 09 January 2017. Gido did not do installation nor did they call to say they were not coming. Requested refund. Refund was supposed to be end Jan. I didn't receive. Then it supposed to be end February and I didn't receive. So NO garage door motor and they TOOK my money and refuse to REFUND MY money!!! Worst company to deal with! </p>
